I’m thrilled to announce that, as of July 1, 2013, I will be joining the newly renamed Division of Art History and Critical Studies at the inimitable Nova Scotia College of Art and Design (NSCAD) as an assistant professor, specializing in cultural studies and material culture.

I have been teaching occasionally at NSCAD over the past 2 years while I completed my SSHRC-funded post-doctoral fellowship in the Department of Art and Public Policy at New York University.  I’m tremendously excited to be staying on in this new capacity and look forward to continuing to work with the amazing and talented faculty and students at one of North America’s most famous fine arts schools.
