‘Revenge is a human dream’: On the poetics and politics of avenging

Join us to launch Max Haiven’s new book Revenge Capitalism: The Ghosts of Empire, the Demons of Capital, and the Settling of Unpayable Debts as we continue the ambitious ‘Radical May’ programme ​​of round tables, talks and debates around the ideas that will transform the world to come.

Phanuel Antwi works with dance, is a poet as well as an assistant professor in the Department of English language and literatures at University of British Columbia.

Max Haiven is Canada Research Chair in Culture, Media and Social Justice at Lakehead University.
